✅CAGAYAN Province- complied to IATF.Open
Tuguegarao – online registration only and certification from Barangay of Origin stating you are not PUI or PUM
✅ISABELA – complied to IATF. Open
❎ILOCOS NORTE – Negative RT PCR Required
❎ILOCOS SUR – Negative RT PCR Required
✅IFUGAO – complied to IATF. Open
No RT PCR Test required except persons coming from a “Hotspot Area” annouced by IATF
❎ABRA – remains restricted to tourists outside the province, RT PCR required when entering
